Terms and Conditions

General
We know that making holiday and travel arrangements or booking hotels using the Internet is a new experience for many people, often approached with an understandable amount of caution. Adverse media reports about internet fraud and having to deal with a company based in a foreign country, understandably makes some people reluctant to proceed beyond just obtaining information.

The nature of our business requires an often lengthy communication process to finalize arrangements. In our experience, because you will be dealing directly with one of our English speaking Tourism Advisors a relationship of trust is established. During the past nine years Aegean Tour Travel become one of Turkeys leading Internet based travel agencies, offering a wide range of tourism services anywhere in Turkey. Providing not just up to date information via an established network of internationally hosted web sites, but fast response and follow up to inquiries. This, in conjunction with membership of TURSAB, the Government sponsored Association of Turkish Travel Agencies, and the Turkish Chamber of Shipping provides a platform for mutual trust upon which our reputation is based.

These terms and conditions apply to all our services and can only be modified with prior agreement from us in writing. Separate terms and conditions apply to bareboat charters, details of which are published here.
