I would just like to thank you for the wonderful holiday we have
just had. We wanted to pop into the office but our days were packed with
too many things to do - maybe next time. I would also like to thank your
staff, Cigdem especially, for all their help, they were first class. We absolutely loved the apartment and the location was great- although the guys should have cleaned the pool as it was green with sludge towards the end of the 2nd week. "Where to begin...."
This is what I usually answer when asked how my trip to Turkey was. If I really had to use one word to describe it, AWESOME would probably be the closest. Let me begin by saying that this being my very first time overseas and had an overflow of questions ask. Through extensive surfing (the net) I came across http://aegean.com.tr and logged my enquiry. Who knew that after 6 months of corresponding, my long awaited dream would come to past. It was arranged for me to take the coach from Istanbul to Bodrum, although this journey was 12 hours long, the coach staff were very helpful and the ride was pleasant and comfortable. I was collected at the bus terminal and taken to my 'home away from home', the Sunflower Apartment. This is a self-catering apartment fit for a queen. Its decor is of exquisite taste and centrally located with not even a ten-minute walk to the marina. About the Aegean staff…. to know them is to leave Bodrum feeling honoured. Customer care is not part of their service, but in their nature. Their friendliness and warmth is not only limited to the office, but I was often treated to a night out on the town. Talk about a night out on the town - believe me you have not lived until you’ve experienced a bar crawl in the Bodrum Peninsula or enjoyed a bowl of lentil soup at 3h00 in the morning!
