You had asked me to send you a few paragraphs about how my perceptions of Turkey have changed since our visit in July. I'll do my best. I had expected language to be a major problem for the four of us traveling mostly on our own. It was not. EMAIL 1... We think given the ferries seem less available at the time of year for our trip, we will look to hiring a car. At the moment we intend to fly to Dalaman on 15th December, collect a car there and drive north until around 22 or 23 Dec where we would drop off the car in perhaps Izmir or preferably somewhere closer to Bergama which is the last spot on out itinerary and from where we can take a coach back to Istanbul. I hope you can help with advice with this. We are very impressed with your service and rates and are looking forward to making holiday bookings with you. EMAIL 2... NOTE: This arrangement took place in 2003, during the war between the USA/UK
and Iraq. Now the Turkey and even Iran is behind the 4 cars and the road is going on in Pakistan. We would like to thanking you for the excellent organization for this expedition which has take place perfectly. Your country is just beautiful and offers so a lot of treasures and his people are very friendly, open and hospitable. Everybody has been charmed and appreciated a lot this journey.
